"Don't Accept The Enemy's Resume"
"Get Real & Get Right With God"
Today’s Scripture(s) – John 10:10a
“The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy:”
Most of us have resumes that we present when we go on
interviews if we are seeking employment. Some of us own our own businesses and
we have a biography of ourselves that gives an overview of who we are, where we
come from and what our background is and what qualifies us for the work that we
do. If someone came to you with a resume that stated: (My name is Satan, My
address is Hell, My phone number is ‘don’t-pray’, I come to steal from you
peace, joy and love I come to kill your will to excel I come to bring stress
and hatred into your life and your family, I come to bind you up with
addictions and sickness and I come to make you blind so that you will not see
how I deceive you and make you think that all the things in the world is okay
to do, I fill the clubs with men and woman dancing and seducing each other
filling their bodies with harmful substances that impair their thinking and
make it easy for me to speak to them I cause men to fight and shoot and kill
each other, they don’t know that when they fall and their blood is spilling
that their souls will come to live at my address forever. I seduce the young
girls and the young men and make them fornicate with many, I cause them to cuss
and swear, I cause them to live riotous lives I have much experience and I know
how to manipulate men and woman I present to them the lust of the flesh, the
lust of the eyes and the pride of life and many fall for my devices if you give
me the job I will get the job done.) What would you do with this? You would
probably scream “GET OUT” and throw the resume in his face. Why aren’t we telling the enemy to get out of
our lives? As I write this, dear ones, it’s scary because there are so many
that fall for the resume of the enemy. The first thing He does he steals from
us, if we do not pray and stay in the presence of the Lord, if we do not dwell
in the secret place of the Most High the enemy will find us and he will steal
from us he will steal peace in our homes on our jobs he will steal the peace
that we have within, he will steal the love that is inside us that we have for
our families for our friends he will use things that someone did to us to cause
us to be bitter and harbor hatred. If we don’t turn to Jesus the enemy will
kill us he will kill our desire to do and be better, he will take our lives and
cause us to die in hatred in bitterness in unforgiveness. For some he will
keep them in stupors because of bad habits and addictions making them feel that
they need the crutch, they have to have this or that to make them feel better
or feel good he will take your life and when you die he will destroy you. (more to come)

Father in the name of Jesus your dear and precious Son, I
come today to give you praise and worship. I come today to bring you glory and
honor. I thank you Lord for all your goodness and your mercy I bless you Lord
for all the things you are doing in my life I thank you Lord for your mercy and
your grace on my life and in my life. I thank you Lord for being so good to me.
I love today Lord and I thank you for waking me up this morning. I thank you
Lord for watching over me last night as I slumbered and slept. I thank you Lord
for being so wonderful to me and for sending your angels to encamp around me
and protect and shield my life. I thank you Lord for covering me. You keep me
Lord and you watch over me Lord and I am so grateful and thankful. I thank you
Lord for directing my steps for keeping me on a right path. I acknowledge you
in all my ways today Lord I want you to continue to direct my path. Father I
ask today that you would open my eyes to the devices and the tricks and the
cunningness of the enemy. I ask today Lord that you would not allow me to be
deceived. Don’t let me become complacent in my ways Lord, don’t let me believe
the lie that I can live my life anyway I want and still make it to heaven. Don’t
let me be deceived Lord. Don’t allow your children to be deceived. Open our
eyes Lord open our eyes to see you and to begin to hide your word in our hearts
that we might not sin against you. Fill us with the desire and determination to
dwell in the secret place Lord. Put in
us Lord the desire to know you and to know you well. Open our minds open our
ears to hear your voice Lord your word says that your sheep hear your voice and
you know them and they follow you, cause us to know your voice Lord, cause us
to know your voice be tuned into your voice. I will not follow another Lord
Jesus. I will follow you! I do not except the resume of the enemy I will not
employ him in my life! Lord Jesus you are on the throne of my life, you are on
the throne of my heart direct me and teach me. I bless your great and awesome
name today Lord I exalt you and lift you up. I give you all the worship, all
the glory and honor. Bless your Mighty powerful name Lord. In Jesus name I
pray. Amen

Today’s Scripture(s) – Revelation 20:13
“And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell
delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man
according to their works.”
Obedience is better than sacrifice, so I will be obedient to
the Lord. I was slightly troubled to handle this scripture, but I will to do
what I know the Lord says and I know that He wants this to be made clear to
all. In yesterday’s prayer I stated that
there would be more to come after I wrote: “when you die he will destroy you (the enemy
of your soul)”. There are people who believe that when you die you just cease
to exist. They believe that you are born and then you die and that’s it. They
do not believe in God, they do not believe that there is a devil and they do
not believe that there is a hell. When contemplating this it saddens my heart
and (I pray that each of their eyes will be opened and that the Lord will cause
their hearts to be softened to hear and receive when He sends whomever He will
into their lives to tell them and show them of His love and His mercy and His
sacrifice for their lives. Amen). You see dear ones when we die we will either
go to 1 of 2 places. If we have accepted the Lord Jesus Christ and allowed Him
to live in and through us, we will lift up our eyes in heaven to be with the
Lord just as the beggar Lazarus did, he was “carried by the angels into Abraham’s
bosom”( Luke 16:22), but if we do not accept the Lord Jesus Christ, if we do
not allow Him to live in and through us, if we continue to love the world and the things of the world if we continue to
fulfill the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes and be prideful and live
the “I will do whatever I want” kind of life then we will lift up our eyes in
hell, being in torments, we will be like the rich man who lived life the way he
wanted to and without compassion (Read Luke 16:19-25). You see there will be a
time of judgment. There will be a time that everyone will come before the
throne of God. There will be a time when every person will have to give an
account for what was done, what they did with and in their bodies (works). Those
of us who have accepted the Lord Jesus Christ, believing that He is the Son of
God professing Him as Lord and Savior and have repented of our sins (turned
away from our sins), and living a reverential life unto the Lord, I’m not saying
that we cross every T and dot every I, but we live with respect and fear unto
God the Father being yielded vessels to the Lord. When we pass from this life
we step right into life with the Lord. But when someone who lives a life that
is not unto the Lord, who does not accept the Lord Jesus Christ, who does not
repent of their sins (turn away from their sins), who lives to fulfill the lust
of the flesh and eyes, who lives a prideful life who lives a life of “I will do
whatever I want I will say whatever I want”, when this person passes from this life
they step into death and hell and are tormented, this is where life is
destroyed and these poor souls are taken out of this torment only on the day of
judgment to stand before the throne of God and be cast into the lake of fire
because their names are not written in the book of life. (I know this is long
today but I have to finish this out). Righteous ones’ pray your love ones, your
coworkers any and every one that you have ever come in contact with, pray them
into the kingdom of God. Pray for them dear ones’ a saved soul is more
important than a pair of new shoes or a new house or a new car, a saved soul is
more important than hurt feelings or grudges, repent if you are harboring
anything against anyone and pray for them tell them about the Lord, admonish
them to come to Jesus, admonish them to give their lives to the Lord and be
saved from destruction! If you know a professed Christian or if you are a
professed Christian who is living a worldly life admonish them to turn back to
the Lord and recommit their life to Him repent of living a life of fulfilling
the lust of the flesh! James 4:4 says “……
whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God.” We
cannot serve two masters we will either love one and hate the other. I choose
to love the Lord! Choose to love God!

Father in the name of your Son, your Precious Son Jesus I
come to you today first to give you praise and honor. I bless your great and
awesome name today Father I lift you up and exalt you and give you all the
glory and honor. I love you today Lord. I love you with all my heart with all my
mind with all my soul with all my strength. You Lord are everything to me. All
that I need Father is you. I thank and praise you for being my provider, my
comfort, my strength, my redeemer, my rock, my salvation. You Lord are
everything and I glorify your name today.
Father I lift up every A Prayer A Day reader before you this day. I ask
Lord that you would look in on each of our hearts. You know who we are, you
know us Father we can hide nothing from you we are bare before you Lord you see
everything in us and everything on us. I ask Lord that you would cleanse us of
all unrighteousness wash us in your blood Lord Jesus, I ask Lord that you would
create in us clean hearts take out the stony hearts and put in hearts of flesh
that you can write your name, that you can write your word on, we will hide
your word in our hearts Lord so that we might not sin against you. I ask Lord
that you would show us how to clean our hands we want to lift up clean hands in
your presence. I ask Lord that you would clothe us in your righteousness and let
your light shine through us dear Lord causing all darkness to flee in the name of
Jesus. Precious Holy Spirit, create in us a boldness to be witnesses of the
Lord Jesus Christ. Create in us a boldness to profess and proclaim the Lord Jesus
to the world. Create in us the desire to pray for every soul that you allow and
have allowed to cross our path. Create in us the spirit of giving and of
compassion dear Lord to those less fortunate than we are. Cause us to love like
you love Lord. We repent, renounce turn away from will not continue to commit,
of every sin every deed done in our bodies that was not pleasing to you. We repent,
renounce turn away from will not continue to commit, of every word spoken that
hurt someone, of every word spoken that was foul or unholy we repent and ask
Father God that you would forgive us and cleanse us and teach us to walk up
right before you, teach us Holy Spirit how to live righteous holy lives that
are pleasing to the Father. Live through us Lord Jesus, we are yielded to you.
We thank you Lord Jesus for all that you have done for us, we thank you for
your blood that covers us and protects us and shields us thank you for your
blood Lord Jesus, there is power in your blood Lord! Thank you Jesus! Thank you
Jesus! Thank you Lord Jesus! You Lord are so faithful and so wonderful and I am
so grateful for your love your mercy and your grace. I am so thankful to you
Lord for all and everything you do and have done for me. I love you Lord and
bless your holy name. In Jesus name I pray. Amen
